01 · Using the Parkovia Score

Any owner, builder, or fan may display a park's current Parkovia Score on a website, Discord server, server MOTD, or social post - that's exactly what it's there for. A few conditions keep the number meaningful for visitors who see it:
Link BackThe score should link (or otherwise clearly point) to the park's live profile on parkovia.com, so anyone can verify it themselves.
Stay CurrentUpdate or remove a displayed score if it changes or the listing is taken down. Don't keep citing an old number as if it's current.
No AlterationDon't round up, edit, or otherwise misrepresent the number shown on the park's Parkovia profile.
Score, Not EndorsementDisplaying a score means "this park was visited and rated" - not that Parkovia endorses the server, its staff, or anything else about it.
02 · Using the Logo & Icon

The Parkovia icon may be used to show that a park is listed and rated on Parkovia - for example, as a small badge linking back to its profile.
Use It As-IsUse the provided files unmodified - no recoloring, stretching, outlines, or added effects.
Keep Clear SpaceLeave breathing room around the icon. Don't crop it tightly or crowd it against other logos.
Don't Adopt ItDon't use the Parkovia icon as your own server's icon, favicon, or profile picture - that says "this is Parkovia," not "this is listed on Parkovia."
Link BackWherever the icon appears, it should link to parkovia.com or the specific park profile it refers to.
03 · Using the Name "Parkovia"

You're welcome to reference "Parkovia" and "Parkovia Score" factually - "Rated 8.7 on Parkovia," "As featured on Parkovia" - the same way you'd credit any review outlet.
Factual MentionsReferencing your rating or listing in ordinary text, screenshots, or links is always fine.
No Implied PartnershipDon't suggest a formal partnership, sponsorship, or official relationship that doesn't exist.
Naming & DomainsDon't use "Parkovia," or a confusingly similar name, in your own server name, domain, or product without our written permission.
MerchandiseDon't sell merchandise, passes, or products under the Parkovia name or mark.

06 · What's Not Allowed

In short: don't use Parkovia's name, score, or icon in a way that could mislead someone. Specifically, don't:
→Imply an editorial endorsement beyond the numeric score itself.
→Alter, fabricate, or average scores across parks to invent a number we never published.
→Use our name or assets to imply a partnership, sponsorship, or affiliation that hasn't been agreed to in writing.
→Use our name or assets for unrelated commercial products, merchandise, or paid promotion.
→Use our name or assets in a way that is deceptive, hateful, or otherwise violates applicable law.
07 · Enforcement & Changes

If a use of our name, score, or logo doesn't follow this page, we'll ask that it be corrected or removed before considering anything more formal. We may update this kit as Parkovia grows - continued use of our name, score, or logo after a change means you accept the current version. Not sure if your use case fits? Ask us before publishing, not after.
